A Little Dirt Never Hurt Anyone! 

Rugby can be a dirty, muddy game full of confusing laws, foreboding weather, and overwhelming physical demands. But, if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere! Rugby players always say that they found their best friends right next to them on the field…and socializing after the game.  It is a melding of rugby’s physical demands and development of a myriad of friendships that can describe the Valkyries’ experience.

Our mission statement highlights a strong tradition involving both former and present Valkyrie players. We take pride in having a strong work ethic both on and off the field.  We are dedicated to improving physical strength and fitness, as well as, honoring Valkyrie legacy by portraying our Core Values: Integrity, Unity, Strength, Development, and Respect.

If you are wondering if the Valkyries are the right fit for you, check out our calendar for upcoming events. We accept all skill levels and offer an open practice night every Thursday through summer. This is an opportunity for anyone and everyone, new to the game or played it before, to play some touch rugby and get in a good workout – just good fun!  We also will be starting Hooker School July 15th - a chance to brush up on your tight 5 skills!

We hope to see you on the pitch or at one of our social events around town. We would love to welcome you aboard the team and create experiences that only come from a sport like rugby. Soon you’ll see playing a dirty, muddy game with a team like us is FUN!
